So this is my second time listening through this, and I'm struggling to say anything about it. That's definitely *not* a bad thing, though. Usually about now I'd be commenting on the mix, or suggesting ideas for things to add to it, ways to change it up if it were getting repetitive, pointing out things I didn't think worked too well, and vice versa. Is it just me or is there a definite trend for dub-influenced tunes on this site at the moment? Which is a good thing if they're done as well as this. The garage genre lends itself particularly well to dub stylings, and the execution here is of very high standard. this is very well produced, but sounds very sterile to my ears. nothing in it envoked any sort of emotive respose, it just drifts along with nothing to grab onto really. There are some good fx used throughout the tune, and the beats are good.. got the proper step to them. the two extra mid range bass sounds aren't a good addition to proceedings imo. i would prefer melody from some other ... Nice tune man, garage is not my thing but this is top notch. The beat is interesting and I love tunes that have a dub influence, reminds me a little of Mt Eden but a bit heavier, the track could use some vocals to give it another layer but other than that the production is tight and for me to rate a garage track its a good sign. i as usual, being a whore for all music bopped to it but it kinda didnt arrive anywhere satisfactory for me. it just sort of kept journeying till someone turned it off if you get me. the production is cool and the synths are quirky , i must contradict myself here after my opening statement...i do hate ska and country music and lots of pretentious spoken word shite and this track sounds like ska,and ...
