The buildup in the intro is absolutely amazing, and when it does drop it catches you by surprise. I also liked the triplet bass melody, but felt one of the notes felt a bit off. I don't mean frequency-wise but stylistically, but that's just an opinion.

Great use of a break down at 3 minutes. It felt extremely natural and not forced at all. The drop after it was very stunning as well. I'm a sucker ... More for build-ups that go silent before the drop. The pads in the second part of the tune are very well placed in the song and the glitched vocs/stabs are well placed as well; neither one stands out too much.

The production on this tune is top notch, and I hope to hear more tunes like this. Also, I've never heard the original, so this is all completely new to me. Ekol did an absolute bang up job.

Better than the original. The drums have more variation and the tune never ever gets boring, always throwing something new at ya. Clearly a lot of time and effort went into piecing this together.
