There's a few different layers going on in that sound...

The "waiyaiyah" is an FM8 with a format 3 wave modulating another formant 3 wave with a 2:1 ratio, they are also self modulating a bit and the carrier is modulated a little by a 3rd sine operator. There is also a sine wave running as a sub.

That is then run into a Guitar Rig; I've used a Split module to seperate out the sub then built a chain of effect to mangle up the mids & tops. First in the chain is a big fuzz distortion unit, this is followed by a Talk Wah which is automated and responsible for most of the vowellyness of the sound. That then runs through a Graphic EQ and then to a Citrus amp & cab.

After the waiyaiyah sound theres a vocally rising sound. This is comes from Massive, it's a Modern Talking wave form with the Wavetable Position modulated by a rising envelope, the Intensity is set to formant and the dial is about at 6th the way up. This is also phase modulated and then is run along with a square wave into an LP4 filter which has it's cutoff also modulated by the envelope and is set to about a quarter resonance. The signal is then routed through a Parabola Shaper and the Classic Tube.

The Massive sound then runs through a CamelPhat, only the distortion section is active. Then it goes through a Wow filter set to Band Reject with fairly high resonance. The cutoff is then automated up through the sound. Finally it's limited to keep is solid.

The agreesive wobs come from Massive with an LFO on a Scream filter (actually 2 Scream filters in parallel) with a few different waveforms running in to them.

There are some other slightly modified versions of the FM8 channel for variations.
