From the very get go i had a smile on my face, very cool indeed, and i just so happen to be a specials fan. This track is fantastic, great choice of track! I was kinda hoping for a massive drop! but i see you kept original spirit in the track. production wise this is bloody concrete! Really enjoyed it, fantastic choice of track, well executed. I feel like the suspense before the drop should be built more even though i like how it flows now some extra sweepers or something in there would be nice. So yeah agreeing with syxx that this could be fucking huge if the drop had some more power to it. This review is helpful (+1 from 1 person) |

I really liked this track though I felt at points it had trouble with the flow between sections. It also dragged on a little at the end. Real nice production for the most part though and you managed to capture the vibe from the original really nicely. Gangsta as fuck! But in the first transition, when the yooois come in, maybe you should have it stop for just a second or two, without anything going on? Would build up the tension alot by just doing that! Second drop is beastly as fuck, but I'd like some more switchups in the hihats/incidentals you get me? x Write a commentAbout the remix, we actually have a decent chance to get the rights to the vocals. If that happens, I'm going to totally rethink the song. Probably do two versions, one roughly the same as it currently is, and one with a huge drop. It turns out I'm - by random chance - only one degree of separation away from Terry Hall (in a couple of ways btw), so odds are high he will hear it, etc... Fingers crossed... If I'm incredibly lucky he'll like the tune.
