Liking those beats, mate. Got a good groove to them and have a nice beefy oldskool sound. That rezzy synth is cool, reminds me of Orbital or something. The tune is quite psychedelic, with swirling wooshes, reverberant police sirens, a lovely horn sample and that electric piano chord. Unpredictable, but still coherent. I can dig it.
