Nice critique. I'm fully expecting a few ratings on the low side because its first rating was so high (it's the old hype/disappointment effect), but you've actually backed your views up very well, cheers

I agree that the vocal still doesn't quite sit in the mix correctly. I'm going to try lowering the level and then EQing to keep the lyrics understandable to see if that helps. I think the reverb and delay is needed to blend it in at the moment, but might be able to roll those back once the level is lower. Getting the bass level right is super hard as I only have Absolute 2s and no sub, so it's largely guesswork below 50hz. The level's looked pretty strong on the EQ, but I did filter below 20hz on the master. That should have been OK, but might have damaged the sub pressure. I'd love to hear it on a big system to get a better idea of the levels down there.

   Dwellicopter.  Syxx, I'm happy you tell it how you feel.  Its a gift, it gets me thinking and typing.  The '......?' struck me so I'm going to elaborate...(btw that moon was fantastic)..
 
   In my niche opinion, every song is a crystal, whether polished or naturally imperfect, for various reasons they dazzle.  I realize I made a poor generalization when I said too many people put out soul less music - I  was referring to myself   When I hear someone show me what I have been missing, a teacher, an open mind, self confident lyrics, it inspires me ( (mania)), still learning how to write a review here.    

   The 1-10 rating stigma turns me off from wanting to review at all more often that I'd like.   Perhaps a choice to comment only would be more effective.  And an option to edit reviews for people like me who post the morning after the largest full moon in 20 years, with no sleep.

  The important thing here is that 100robots just shared a killer song.  I had to restrain myself from making the first post because I knew right away that I wanted to give it a 10, and I quit my job.
