Biography
"Producing under the alias of Basic A. , Zac Campbell carved out a niche in deep dubstep over the past 4 years with releases alongside L-Wiz and D1 on Reboot Records, a solo EP on Phantom Hertz which held strong in the charts, a successful compilation LP on Fentplates which is still profiting from CD sales , and participations on countless compilations and netlabel releases. All the while, honing his skills on the decks, DJing a successful 2 hour weekly radio show on RWD.fm, featuring guest mixes on Sub.fm and Dusbtep.fm, murking underground house parties, and proving time and time again he can amaze on the ones and twos.
Proving himself a dynamic DJ and Producer at a young age, he's now
... More found himself an older, more market minded artist, and is adopting the moniker of Teknicyde, and hitting the road. With two EP's composed and ready to go, his sound has made a distinctive turn towards the dancefloor, cranking out speakerbreakers by the dozen. With big plans for 2011, he's intent on showing everyone that he's just getting warmed up."

80 As soon as I heard the percussion, I knew this was going to be a mean track. It's loud and in my face. I feel like I just crashed a dumptruck into an electric powerstation. Im sure this would rattle the teeth of everyone on the dance floor. A couple critiques (which may be just the audio stream) is that it sounds a bit squashed and some of the clarity seems lost. I would have liked to hear a ... More bit more variation in it and not so mono-tone, but I think it accomplished it's purpose. Really good work. This review is helpful (+1 from 1 person) |

80 The stereo effects are HUGE! It's all very manichemically loud and explosive, definitely not just a peak under the tent. Watch out with that forklift Walt. This review cannot be rated. |
