Hi I'm Frank A.K.A Abstrakt.

Been in the whole production game for a good few years now. Started off a lot more passionate about my Drum and Bass yet I drifted to the darkside and here I am.

Just as passionate about playing out and DJ'ing as I am about producing too, it's a great buzz.

b_fnk3rd January 2012     75 Review of: Abstrakt - Sit On My Face (100bpm funkstep/glitch) Yes, this is not bad at all! I like the funky approach to things, beats the usual brostep stuff you hear often. I'd say the drums are pretty good, especially the pffts effect before the snares, adds a lot to it. Maybe you could use some more mixing tweaks here and there, some of the synths can be louder and others more silent, but after all that's also up to taste. Also think some kinky vocals ... More might've worked out in an excellent way for this tune! Nobody has rated this review yet.

Darj10th November 2011     70 Review of: Abstrakt - Fear Doubt And Disbelief Hi, time to review ! Intro is a bit light, the pad is way too far in the mix sadly. The delay snare is pretty good but it needs to me a bit more reverb and more time delay. The good surprise is right after the drop, everything fits nicely in the mix. The sub is fine, as the whole bassline. White noise hits avec goods too. There's a few things missing in the overall track, like a real build up, ... More small breaks between phases of the tracks ( toms/snares rolls, stuff like that ). Thats good and has a real replay value, so that's 7 :) This review is helpful (+1 from 1 person)
